I made it! It’s now day 21 of the My Fit Foods 21 day Can’t Fake Fit challenge.
Since February 19 I have followed a 5 meal per day meal plan designed by a My Fit Foods Nutrition Coach during the course of the My Fit Foods Can’t Fake Fit 21 Day Challenge. The idea is that after 21 days, things start to become a habit. And you know what? I think that is true. I am surprised to say I have not been hungry, have not “missed other food” and actually feel more energetic than I have in a long time.
Actually, using this plan I feel like I have had more to eat than usual becuase of the 5-meals per day. The snacks have been much more substantial than my usual “cutie” or veggies.
So today is the final weigh-in! But first, I have a personal training workout and Zumba class…
