7 days on the Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas sure provided plenty of opportunities to continue exercising! Vitality Stretch at 7:00 am, Abs Class at 7:30 am (ouch!), Spinning at 8:00 am, and Boot Camp at 10:00 am. The classes were great and fitness instructor Robert even provided some additional tips and personal training to add to the day’s workout. I think I earned that red velvet cake!
