I love Asian flavors, but at the same time, I am a big fan of grilling. Something about grilling that really brings out the best of flavors. So for dinner tonight, how about grilled chicken and bok choy? This aggressively marinated dish stands up really well to the grilling. I was surprised how good bok choy can be grilled. The shitake mushrooms and red pepper are a nice touch, too!
